
1 chicken (cut into pieces)

2 carrots (sliced)
2 onions (cut in 4 papers)
2 laurierblaadjes

1/2 kop mushrooms

Heat oil in a pan.

Bake the chicken for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.

Then add the onion, laurierblad, carrots, salt and pepper.

Bake about 5 minutes.

Add the pea, mushrooms and white wine.

Cover pan during cooking.

Reduce heat and cook for 35 minutes.

Afterwards pull the pan lid and sprinkle the flour over it.

Stir well and simmer for 2 minutes to simmer.
