 3 cups cornmeal
 500 grams pork
 2 cloves of garlic
 lemon or sour orange
 1 tablespoon oil
 1 ui
 1 pepper
 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
 ½ cup dry wine
 1 ½ liter water
 salt to taste

Cut the meat into pieces and marinate with garlic and lemon.

Bake it in the pan.

Take these little fat to prepare the sauce: onions, peppers, tomatoes and dry wine.

Boil the corn in the water, grind it well.
