 1 large onion per person
 1 laurierblad
 Olive oil to taste
 1 garlic clove
 1 pinch of ground black pepper
 saffron
 1 pinch of salt
 Water
 4 slices of bread
 4 slices of cheese from sheep or goats
 Verkruimelde oregano

In a pan, olive oil and high heat.

Then onion, clove, laurel, ground black pepper, Add saffron and salt.

Behind the ui, if the color of the water may be added until it is well covered.

Cook over high heat ca. 5 minutes and then lower the heat and cook for a further 40 minutes.

Adjust the flavor with salt.

Serve with bread and cheese, sprinkled with oregano and baked in the oven.
