
1 kg of meat (the kind you want)
1 big carrot
1 large onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 large ripe tomatoes
300 gr. green beans
3 tablespoons oil
half a glass of dry white wine
a bay leaf
salt to taste

Cut the meat into pieces.

In a saucepan we add oil.

Add the chopped onion and garlic, bake well and add the meat.

Let it cook a little and add salt to taste and the laurel.

Add the carrot cut into cubes.

Fry everything together and then add crushed tomatoes.

Stirring to prevent sticking.

Add wine.

Simmer 20 minutes covered on medium heat.

Add green beans.

If it is dry before soak in water with salt.

Cook for another 25 minutes (medium heat) until it is all well cooked.
