Prawns in crispy – Prawns Raincoat

Directions

1Boil some water in a small pot.

2Peel the prawns (with the exception of the tail) and add to the water.

3Cook for about 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink and just cooked.

4Remove the shrimp from the water and pat dry.

5Keep the water.

6In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt and paprika together.

7Add about 1 / 2 cup of water from the shrimp and mix well together.

8Beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold the egg into the batter.

9Heat about 1 inches of oil in a small frying pan over high heat.

10Dip each shrimp in the batter (except for the tail) and do it in the oil. They will quickly cook.

11Cook for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown.

12Drain on a paper towel.

13Serve hot with a little salsa rosa as you want.
