Directions

1Wash fish and dry thoroughly with paper towels.

2Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

3Let stand for a while.

4Put some flour in a bowl and pass the fish through.

5In a frying pan we heat the oil with the two cloves of garlic.

6Then the fish is golden brown.

7Place the fish on absorbent paper and serve.

Ingredients

1 kilogram snapper fillets van (or other sea fish)

2 cloves of garlic, peeled

salt and white pepper to taste

the juice of two lemons
