1Take the beans and wash them before using.
2Boil the beans in a pot with 3 liter of water for 6 hour.
3Then cook with fresh herbs, peeled and cut into small pieces, over medium heat.
4Add the cumin and bay leaf.
5When the kernels are soft, pour sugar, red wine and salt.
65 min simmer.
7Add oil, stir again.
8Remove from heat and allow to 20 minute rest.
9You can serve it with thinly sliced onion and white rice.
