 1 weight rundsvlees, clean
 100 g bacon
 200 g small mushrooms
 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
 6 tablespoons oil
 2 tablespoons of crushed red pepper sauce
 6 tablespoons red wine vinegar
 3 cloves of garlic
 1 red onion, chopped
 2 laurierblaadjes
 2 red peppers
 Salt
 Pepper
 Nutmeg

Place the bacon in a frying pan with oil and fry on low heat.

Remove from heat and add the bacon, pepper, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Beef cut 2 centimeter.

Marinate meat for an hour in this mixture, turning occasionally.

Once marinated, baste the pieces of meat on skewers.
