Peel the shrimp tails and clean.

Put the shells and other things of the shrimp aside for another use.

Boil the tails in boiling salted water until they change color.

Immediately remove and put aside and put them under running cold water to stop cooking.

Put them in a bowl and sprinkle lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Place onion on top with the peppers into strips.
