 1 kilogram snapper fillets van (or other sea fish)
 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
 salt and white pepper to taste
 the juice of two lemons
 flower
 oil

Wash fish and dry thoroughly with paper towels.

Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Let stand for a while.

Put some flour in a bowl and pass the fish through.

In a frying pan we heat the oil with the two cloves of garlic.

Then the fish is golden brown.

Place the fish on absorbent paper and serve.
