 12 up to 14 squid, cleaned and sliced
 flower
 oil
 citroen
 salt
 pepper
 2 cups mayonnaise
 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
 1 tablespoon chili puree
 1 cup of yogurt, unsweetened
 ½ tsp caster sugar
 2 tablespoons olive oil
 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 1 tablespoon parsley
 1 / 2 tablespoon fennel

Seasoned with salt and pepper squid and cut.

Put the squid in flour and fry in plenty of oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain well and place on absorbent paper to remove fat omovertollig.

Mix the mayonnaise with Dijon mustard, olive oil mixed with chili puree, yogurt, Worcestershire sauce and powdered sugar.

Dip fried squid with mayonnaise and garnish with parsley and fennel.

Can be served with mayonnaise separately.
