 1 kg of potatoes
 2 carrots
 2 japonese cucumbers (of 1 large English cucumber), grated (or cut into thin slices)
 1 small onion, diced
 1 large egg or 4 quail eggs, hard-boiled
 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 salt and pepper to taste

Grate the cucumber.

Mix it with salt and place in a colander so the water can drain.

Meanwhile, cook the potatoes and carrots cooked.

Remove the skin from both the potatoes and wort elsen

Mash the potatoes.

Cut the carrot into thin, coin-like slices.

Add the carrot slices, chopped onion, grated cucumber and hard boiled eggs in the mashed potatoes.

Add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Put anything in the refrigerator before serving to allow the flavors to come into their own.
