Cut the garlic and onion into pieces.

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Add the garlic and onion in the pan.

Add teaspoon pimenton picante far.

Stir.

Add the peeled tomatoes and bay leaf.

Sprinkle the crowd with the tablespoon sugar.

Season well with black pepper.

Let the mixture boil down to just let the juice of the peeled tomatoes disappear.

Remove bay leaf out.

Pour mixture into a bowl and mash with a mixer until smooth.
Pour a good dash of sunflower oil in the pan and heat.

Discard the peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. (not too small / large)

Put the potatoes in the oil.
