 1 liter water
 sprigs of parsley
 30 grams of butter

Beat thoroughly cleaned and washed with care.

In a large pot: boiling salted water and when it starts to boil, add the entire lettuce and sprigs of parsley.

Cooking for 3 minutes.

Then remove the vegetables with a slotted spoon.

Remove the parsley and keep the broth for cooking.

Place lettuce on a wooden board and chop.

Then melt the butter over low heat in a pan.

Add the lettuce and cook gently 2 up to 3 minutes.

Drizzle with broth of vegetables and cook for 20 minutes.
