 2 kilo of beef bone
 200 mm oil
 2 onions, grated
 2 cloves of garlic, ground beef
 1 piece of red pepper
 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
 4 sprigs of oregano
 teaspoon marjoram
 teaspoon ground thyme
 1 laurierblad
 Salt and pepper to taste

Put in a bowl half the oil and all the other ingredients.

Mix well and leave the meat with the marinade.

Let stand until the next day.

After this time,, remove the meat from the marinade.

Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the meat on all sides 7 of 8 minutes.

Remove from pan and set aside.

Then add to the pan and all the marinade and fry for a few minutes.
