1 1/2 cups of rice
3 cups boiling water

1/2 carrots (mince)
1 green peppers (mince)

Wash the mussels and set aside in a pot.

Heat butter in a pan, fry the onion and add the carrot and pepper.

Then add the rice and cook for 2 minutes, under continuous stirring,.

Add the mussels, boiling water and salt.

Cover and simmer for 20 simmer.
